Maybe one of you can help me. (BTW My name is Sir Siverale The Living Legend)

a few years ago my brothers and I played an adventure game but i do not know the name of it

it was somewhat 3d but not exactly it was modern if i remember correctly 1998+

you play a detective/cop/private eye who had a scar over his (left?) eye and he wore sunglasses and a brown leather jacket

all i remember about the game is you use acid on a fence to get a (cro)bar and attach a magnent to it and you also have to decyper a code to translate it into numbers to solve a math problem near the end of the game

you also play on rooftops and the subway at one part.

[I maybe The Living Legend, but my memory is shot]

The game you're looking for is Nightlong: Union City Conspiracy. And pretty good game it is by the way
