well i loved all these games!
Highly recomend

BUT

I need a game like these

nothing with retro graphics so bs1 graphics+ because i tryed longest journey and i just cant play it with those graphics.

Also i am running Vista so i would need a game what is patchable

You consider BS1 less graphically retro than TLJ? That's an interesting scale.

Personally, I can understand that, since BS1 features 2D hand-drawn graphics which is timelessly beautiful, while TLJ features 3D graphics, a technology which has advanced quite a lot in the last 8 years, so, although artistically they were maybe beautiful, but the "oldness" of the technology is quite striking and can repel quite a few people from the game.

I would recommend old Indy - Fate of Atlantis, but I´m afraid you´d get crazy over those graphics

If you like both Broken Sword and Runaway, then 'Secret Files: Tunguska' seems the obvious choice.
