I think Phoenix Wright is the only adventure game I've ever really played that's not on a PC. So, Phoenix Wright.

Is this about games that are NOT available on PC? Or games that are available on PC but have been played on other systems?
If it's the former that i would say the original Shenmue on Dreamcast. If it's the latter then i would say The Secret of Monkey Island on the Amiga. |

I never really played any adventure games on other systems than my PC. My girlfriend has some on her xbox but I hate playing adventure games on a console

Maniac Mansion on NES was great fun, but no easier...
Clock Tower for SNES was great. Escape from Monkey Island was a real surprise on PS2, and a pleasant one. It also changed the monkey kombat to make it MUCH easier. |

Phoenix Wright, without a doubt.
It's a very progressive game, it introduces new ideas to the genré and it's simply fun to play. It has a kind of story which isn't exactly standard to the adventure genré and the characters are very memorable, I can still remember them all by name and quote some of their better lines. There are other adventure titles which are worthy but thanks to cross-platform portability and ScummVM, it makes the endeavour pointless, which is why I decided to opt for a game that originated on a handheld. |
