Default A classic you would like remade

Personally, I think it would be kickass if they remade Secret of MI to a 3d pc game

MI 1 and Broken Sword 1 (remake.) All the Lucas Arts classics.

But wait, a remake? Why not just go for a new game? Playing the same thing again with updated graphics and voice acting would take away from the experience, as we already know the story.

Quest for Glory IV without all the bugs would be nice. In general I think every game has its charm and doesn't need a remake. Sierra's Quest for Glory 1 remake was much nicer than the original though

Gabreil Knight 3 - i't was already outdated when it was out. as well the 3D graphics never did justice with the game (tough the 3D world was done more or less (less) properly)

and MI with the graphics of MI3 as always will be great.

I am personally against 3D GFX in a point and click, aside from that, Loom.

I must agree with Muaddib on this one. Normally, I'd prefer a new game rather than a remake, but I'd really like to see QFG4 remake with all the bugs fixed. Great game which I'm still to finish. I wish I could play it without being worried every moment that some bug is going to screw it up for me.

The only games and films I would like to see remade, are those which had great potential but were seriously flawed (e.g the original war of the worlds was crying out for a remake). So any classic games can stay as they are. A sequel would be more fitting than a remake.

So, I can't really think of anything. Phantasmagoria perhaps?

I'd like to see every Lucasarts game remade with the Psychonauts engine (with the exception maybe of The Dig, that wouldn't quite work) - you keep all the old adventure greatness, but add a whole new level of fun.

I don't actually think that the classics should be remade, but I would love to see a high quality release of FMV adventure games. I know that's NEVER EVER going to happen but The Black Dahlia, GK2, Phantasmagoria I & II, UAKM, RIPPER etc would look awesome on DVD

Gold Rush!

(Though I'd prefer to see a sequel.)

Yes. It's been reserved for a long time - since they started work on BS3, I think.

Quest for Glory 2, which I would like to play in VGA graphics and point-choose-and-click interface (if it already has been remade, then nvm this post )
