I played the demo liked it alot and finished it. Now I am playing the game and found a slight difference, after you leave Tomb 35 you get to place filled with plants while in the demo you were sent to a flying isle.

Is it beacuse the demo is different then the game? Or is it because they changed it in Realms of Illusion?

The demo's different. You'll get to the gameplay found in the demo in due course though.

Fast answer, thanks. I am asking cause the game is a hell lot more difficult then the demo, 10 minutes in game to be stuck for 4 hours lol. (And still stuck by the way)

It is a difficult game. You really need to be prepared with a pencil and a paper to draw maps of some of the tombs and take notes of different combinations to be able to get through it.
I've started the game and played through four tombs, but haven't touched it for three months now.
Right now I'm more into story-heavy games.
