Adventure Game Scene of the Day - Sat 20 May 2006
Fantastic game at the time, and I reckon still very worthy of playing today. |

So I guess the unwritten rule that Scenes of the Day are only for weekdays is broken now?
Never played Rex Nebular, I'm afraid. |

It's a Microprose adventure in the early 90's which pretty much means it's a piece of crap. I get pounded every time I say it but I HATE this game. The only thing that kept me going in this game as a horny pre teen was the remote chance of seeing a boobie and it only happened once.

Dragonsphere was a pretty fun game through it lacked personality. I quite enjoyed Return of the Phantom... though the ending was disappointing. I can't remember if I ever even played Rex Nebular or not... hmm.... *thinks so hard his brain melts and leaks out his ears*... No, I don't think so.
I liked the Microprose games but they all had just enough flaws to keep them from "classic" status. ...bysmitty

And I'd always thought that Microprose only released Dragonsphere, Bloodnet and Phantom of the Opera. Didn't know the existence of this, err... Rex Nebular, is it?
