Sorry, searched Yahoo and didn't find anything. Best bet is to download the demo and try it out yourself.

I'm wondering, does can anyone reccomend whether to get it for PC or console? I'm sure my PC could handle it, but from what I've heard, it's better suited as a console game.

It works fine on the PC, and I actually found it easier to use the keyboard than my gamepad for some sequences. As it's almost certainly cheaper to get the PC version, I would.

the game scans your computer and sets rough settings for optimum performance so unless your computer is 7+ years older you should be ok.

(i said 7 years old cuz mine is 6 years old and it runs fine)

My mega fast 1.5ghz processor owns those requirements. I was actually quite surprised, for the graphics it has, it actually asks for little.

Sweet, I just upgraded my system too. I can't wait to play this one.

AMD 3800+ 2.4 ghz
1 gig Ram
256 ATI Radeon X800 Pro

I'm so excited!

I've played the PC demo, and my main problem is the trial and error required to map the controls to the USB control pad.

How do I know if my card supports T&L? It's an Nvidia Geforce 2 (64 MB). It ran the Indigo Prophecy demo fine... does that mean I'm okay?

(It wouldn't run Psychonauts, and I thought it was because of T&L, but now I'm thinking maybe it was a pixel shading issue...)

All Geforce 2s have hardware T&L, the card you have is the Geforce 2 Pro. The GTS with faster and more memory.

Thanks. I have been assuming it would be okay but after the Psychonauts disappointment, that would be just my luck.

I'm planning to upgrade at some point, but have been waiting until the last possible minute because technology changes so fast (and thus far the video card hasn't been a problem, except for Psychonauts).

If you have a 40+" Plasma/LCD TV, I say go for the console version. If not, get the PC one instead. As RLacey said, it's cheaper to get.

Even if you do have a 40+" Plasma/LCD TV, just plug it into your PC and you'll have the best of both.
