Default The shop has stopped recoginzing my email?

Last week I tried to log on the adventure shop.

It didn't recoginse my email and password.
I wouldn't email me my password.

I finally have to reregistred to make it accept my account.

Now this week, I can't log on again. I don't want to re register again. I am already pissed that I lost access to the records of the games that I bought previously.

how to fix this

Hi Tfog, Hi Brothersale,

This info is quite new to us.
I would sugegst you to address all your issues to the technical support.
This is probably a database error caused during the new shop migration.

We will investigate,a nd we'll try to fix this issue ASAP.

I am using the US shop.

It would be nice to have it fixed. I would like to buy so blonde.

I emailed support. . and it's been two days with no response.

Not even an acknowledgement that they have received my email.

This is happening to me all the time. i am sending mails but the responses are too late and not helpful at all. I don't know what is wrong with this site. It is a very annoying thing. I can't log on in eu or us.
I am also requesting for my password and nothing happens. My mail does not exist.

I had the same thing happen to me. They redid the site not too long ago and I wonder if something happened as a result of that. I re-registered myself.

But it is frustrating not getting responses from support. I'll see if we can't get a hold of someone. Sorry for your frustration.
