Default download link not received

Hello, On the 25th August I paid Eur29.99 for Overclocked through paypal and have the receipt from paypal stating that I have paid Eur29.99, but I have not received any acknowledgement or download links from the Adventure shop. I checked my account purchase history but it states that I have not purchased any games.
I have contacted customer support 4 times now and each time I have replied to the standard email that is sent out, giving all the information asked, I have not received any replies at all.
I would appreciate it if someone could look into this for me and advise what I should do.

I have checked our records, and i have not found any paypal transaction on the 25th for the sale of Overclocked.

You can access all informations about the game you purchased from your personal account on The Adventure Shop.

From the main panel, you can see all the download links, the activation key, and even resend the activation email.

Am I clear enough, or would you like me to post a walkthrough ;-)
