No wonder nobody replied, nobody remembers her!
Now I feel SO old...
I remember, I played it. The first one, I believe. So don't feel so... alone.

I prefer Where in Hell is Carmen Sandiego, aka Dungeon Keeper.

That would explain why I sucked at it. I got the original game secondhand from my cousin on the big floppies, and since I was only five with very little grasp of geography, I considered it winning whenever I saw a V.I.L.E. Agent at all. I never considered looking stuff up.

Oh, and might I add: A DRUM?!? She's stealing a ****ing DRUM?!? What, did she run out of national landmarks? What the hell happened to stealing the pyramids and the North Sea?

The only Carmen Santiago I've ever heard of or seen is the old PC CD-Rom game and the 1st Disk games. I have them in a box somewhere, I can't remeber the names though.

Welcome to the forum, Gumshoe.

Unless the game has been released by the copyright holder as freeware (which I don't think it has), downloading the game would be illegal, regardless of its age. We request that people not provide or ask for links to illegal downloads on this board. However, there are a lot of Mac versions available on eBay for low prices.

There is also a store that sells it if you don't like Ebay...

Where is the World is Carmen Sandiego? Classic Edition, is the CD-Rom enhanced version of the original game and works on PC AND Macintosh!

I have that one. I sucked on it though, being way too young to properly consult an atlas at the time .
