Since I'm still a relative newcomer here, you must tell me the details of this story! Someone was freaked out not by a real bear, or a teddy bear, but by pictures of teddy bears? What could possibly be freak-out inducing about pictures of something that has come to symbolize childlike innocence, safety, and the warmth of home? This I gotta hear!

I think you misunderstood, Thrifty. Your avatar is Lothar Gordon, a past member of the Gordon family/clan, the chef of the Sanatorium Ashbury, in the game "The Black Mirror". He died a madman.

My avatar, which has been the same since I've joined the forum, is Jennifer Connelly screaming underwater in her bath in Requiem for a Dream. In blood red.

Ah, my mistake. I've played neither "The Black Mirror" nor "Sanitarium", so my confusion was understandable. I just liked the picture.

By the way, your new avatar is disturbing...for some reason, it reminds me of several of the cheerleaders I went to school with, which is even more disturbing.

Oh, so that's what's happening there! I always thought of the picture as a nebula, or something. Now I won't be able to see your avatar without noticing the psycho chick! Disturbing.

It's a pink fluffy bunny - what else needs to be said?

Oh, yeah, mine is a stock one from MM that I hadn't seen anywhere else, so now I use it everywhere.

Yeah, that was because they were right on top of one another, both staring at me, both judging me. Gave me a case of the heebie jeebies

I wish the avatars could get up to 150x150. Even 100x100 would be good, because I've some at the size.

Me too. It was always a nebula in my eyes. I always thought it was such a relaxing avatar... until now.
Good movie though. The pill-popping mother was so well done.
