Next word, "Gilver".

Who are you talking to, right now? Me, or Mares?

My word was "Gilver". It's not a pizza (actually, it's an [obsolete] verb. HINT: There's a livejournal that has the defintion. ).

Found a livejournal mention but it seems to be some bloke's name there (Gilver Memmer in fact) and I can't find a picture on that search. The article is about a definition of Eurotrash (and I'm not sure what a picture of that would look like either)

Is it "cannylinguist" you're referring to?

stepurhan

P.S. I'm with Tinariwen. Image searches definitely show Gilver as a pizza.

I think the guy who makes the pizzas is called Gilver.

The person whose livejournal it is created the language Láadan for her book. Her username at livejournal is that of the area in the US she is from (a certain plateau in Arkansas and some other states), with a variation on the spelling.

It's funny, if I search for "Gilver" and "Livejournal" on google, the first thing that comes up is that entry in her livejournal.

No ideas?

Well, okay. Here's the definiton:

Gilver -- to ache or throb (and Mackay points out that the word would be useful as a rhyme for "silver")

And the livejournal entry is here (the livejournal of Suzette Haden Elgin - Her username is ozarque)

Not really. I was the one who last gave the word, and no-one has shown a picture for it yet.

Remember, the word was "Gilver", which means "to ache or throb".

Actually you were supposed to post a picture for the given word...

...but I guess that will do.

Carry on, please. It's your turn, Tinariwen.

Here are some very nice Aglets. (Much more exciting than the usual plastic ones).
