I quite liked the Tequila Worm in Broken Sword II, it became a sort of buddy, a friend to turn to.... And of course the piece of lucky Coal.

I don't relate to things much. I use them, and then forget them. But I found the antigravity device you had to get in TLJ pretty cool.

A trumpet (on which to play Ode To A Duck).

Not as funny in a weird way as some of the other suggestions here (dragon's breath, no tea...) but I liked its use.

Of course it is, silly. Who ever said it had to be in the inventory? The exit button is far more useful than any inventory item I've ever had, and more fun to use than most.
