I quite liked the Tequila Worm in Broken Sword II, it became a sort of buddy, a friend to turn to.... And of course the piece of lucky Coal.

I don't relate to things much. I use them, and then forget them. But I found the antigravity device you had to get in TLJ pretty cool.

A trumpet (on which to play Ode To A Duck).
Not as funny in a weird way as some of the other suggestions here (dragon's breath, no tea...) but I liked its use.

But it is not an item . It doesn't matter if it is in or not in the inventory, genius. Ok? Oh and Quit button is much more common than Exit button.
