BetGames targets the vault with new heist slot Gold Raid

BetGames has launched Gold Raid, which is a new vault-heist slot created after one of the supplier’s operator partners identified continued player demand for gold-themed games.

Played across a 5×3 grid, Gold Raid follows three criminal masterminds attempting to crack a heavily guarded bullion vault. The trio appear as the slot’s highest-paying symbols, joined by weapons, police cars and bags stuffed with gold.

Gold Raid features Free Spins and Hold & Win bonuses

As you would expect, landing three Scatter symbols in Gold Raid triggers the Free Spins feature, and awards 15 additional spins.

During the bonus round, all lower-paying symbols are removed from the reels completely. This leaves the more valuable icons in play and creates more opportunities to form higher-paying combinations throughout the feature.

The second main bonus is a Hold & Win round, which activates whenever five or more Money symbols land during the base game.

You begin the feature with three respins, with Money symbols carrying either cash values or one of the available jackpot prizes. Individual symbols can be worth up to 200x the stake, while filling all 15 positions on the grid awards the slot’s maximum prize of a tasty 5,000x.

Gold Raid also includes bonus buy functionality, allowing you to purchase direct access to its features rather than waiting for the required symbols to appear naturally.

Ian Catchick, Chief Product and Business Development Officer at BetGames, said the supplier works closely with its partners to identify the themes and mechanics players are responding to, hence how Gold Raid came to be.

He added that the combination of two separate bonus features, bonus buy options, and 5,000x win potential creates a higher-energy experience.

Gold Raid is the latest release on BetGames’ 2026 roadmap, following the Mexican-themed Chili Cash and Bad Rhinos, which opted for heavily armed animals instead of professional vault thieves.
