Myst IV goes gold

Myst IV Revelation went gold today, according to publisher Ubisoft. The first person sequel to the popular Myst series is slated to ship to retailers September 28 at an MSRP of $39.99.
In a move hearkening back to the original Myst's role in ushering in the CD-rom era, Myst IV Revelation will ship on the DVD format and will be compatible with both Mac and Windows platforms.
