A noticeable improvement over the original, Dream Chronicles 2 nevertheless retains a few too many common adventure-like problems to fulfill its evident potential.
The Good:
- Sharper graphics make the nice artwork even more impressive
- more open design gives a greater sense of freedom
- several new puzzle additions are fun.
The Bad:
- Ongoing pixel hunts and sluggish interface issues are carried over from the original
- storyline continues not to matter much
- ending resolves nothing.
