"Bucky Done Gun" by M.I.A. A mix of hip hop and jungle beats. Turn up the bass.

BTW, have you heard the 'sunshine reggae version' of Nellie Furtado's 'Turn Off The Lights'? |

:D Wot can I say? I now got into some heavy beats tonight. |
 Now I'm listening to Massive Attack / Liz Fraser's 'Teardrop'. Yep, the same music used in the title credits of that excellent t.v. show House.

My guess is: You'll probably like the song I first posted in here on page one. :) Those guys are just unbelievable.

I Can Make A Mess Like Nobody's Business - Whispering actually
Yes, it's the solo record of that singer from The Early November. But it's quite beautiful singer/songwriter stuff nonetheless. |

Apparat - Komponent
All you Postal Service fans should really check out Apparat's Silizium EP. EDIT: Phew! Had to run to the toilet all of a sudden :D Anyway, Silizium EP is probably closer to what Jimmy Tamborello (one half of Postal Service) is doing as DNTEL, or to excellent last Telefon Tel Aviv album, but I think you'd like it nevertheless. And also The Young Machines by Her Space Holiday, that's much closer to PS and almost equally as good. |

Thanks. I've to check it out. Do you know The Notwist? They seemed to be a hefty influence on the music of The Postal Service, too. |
Yeah, just went to their show some 2 weeks ago, during the Thirsty Ear Festival. God, we all waited for them to come to Croatia for so long, but it was worth it. And when they finally played Consequence on their third encore I was in heaven :)
np: Jens Lekman - The Wrong Hands |
Kylie - Made Of Glass
