In a world where nature has been completely reconstructed by mankind, only a few people have decided not to use the Rejuvenating Medicine Yo-Yo-Fe – Young Young Forever. These men and women live in small controlled towns called Cities of the Elderly. In one such village, an old man apparently dies, but his close friend Nando finds a letter that reveals he secretly fled to an island where people live in harmony with nature reborn. Nando is happy that his friend is not dead, and soon sets out to find the island himself.
