Botanicula trailer springs to life

There hasn't been much information about Botanicula since the first seeds were planted for Amanita Design's latest adventure, but it's been steadily growing behind the scenes, as today's first trailer will attest.
The new point-and-click adventure from the creators of Samorost is about five tiny tree critters who begin a quest to save the last seed when their treehouse is invaded by parasites. Along with the game's obviously unique art style, Botanicula will feature an original soundtrack and effects by Czech alternative band DVA.
While no firm release dates has been set, Botanicula is currently scheduled for launch early next year. The game will be available for PC, Mac, and "probably" for iOS and Android platforms as well.
