I love Broken Sword, the 1st is perhaps my fav game of all time (definitely my fav adventure game though), however, I didn't like the Secret Files games unfortunately.
I wish I had more suggestions - then I'd have more games to play too! lol

Simon The Sorcerer 1 and 2 are supported by SCUMM fortunately.
