I just finished the game. It was brilliant!
Excellent voice actor for McNamara. The voice for Ingram was terrible though and I'm pretty sure it's the same actor that plays the scotland yard detective in belief and betrayal.

My first thought was that it was David McNamara. From what I could see of the hair and face, it was a strong possibility. My other thought is this. See the screenshots, particularly the third one. Possibly the same kid he rescued but who was now released.
