It seems that there was already a russian release available that we didn't know of:
http://games.1c.ru/mysteriousisland/

However if you go on the fourth link with cirillic "gde kupiti"-"where to buy" you can see that it's not available at 1c online store.

But english release is definetly only available at BigFish.
