Ceville is a great game, and I am really sorry that you can not enjoy it right after your purchase.
We really would like to answer you, but we would need additional information about the issue you encountered.
It would be great if you could send us a DX Diag. We will know more about your computer, about installed drivers and find out if there is any compatibility issue between the game and your system.

Please send me a PM and I'll tell you how to collect this DX Diag information.
