I just have to say as an ebayer, just because someone has thousands of positive feedback does not mean that you will necessarily get better service than someone just starting out, although I am not defending the guy/gal that did this to you.
But if you paid via paypal just open a dispute, in time you should receive your money back. All hope is not lost.
