Dear Aggie:
I'm afraid I won't be spending New Years with the people I wish to, and can't quite get up the enthusiasm necessary to see to preparations for friends who may join us instead.
I should be in bed right now. I'll be going shortly.
I've been pretty quiet over the last number of days. Haven't talked to much of anyone about the holidays. Haven't been able to think of what to say yet.
Still bothered that there is no snow here.
