Dearest Aggie:
Tonight, I failed to complete the card I've been promising, though I made some great progress.
My wife and I opened our presents to each other while Genesis played in the background. A weird way to celebrate Christmas, but it seemed to work out.
I'm up late, really, because I miss someone, and am struggling to put that feeling away so we can go to sleep. My wife went to be a good hour ago, but I remain, anxious and uncertain about myself and my plans for the future, and just wanting to sink into something passionate and artistic and unforgettable.
I hope you are well, and that you feel loved this year. Because you are.
Just thought you should know.
