In terms of news, Capcom Eurosoft have announed the PAL release of Glass Rose in early 2004. I did spend ages making a topic about this last week giving loads of links and info but it crashed and didnt post
I've been too stubborn to remention it until now!!!

If you missed the last topics, Glass Rose is an adventure game for the Playstation 2, it seems a lot like Shadow Of Memories in terms of a time travel related story along with trying to prevent someones death (although in glass rose your a reporter and its a murder case type thing not your own life). There is no word of a US release but its likely.
Capcom are turning into a strong supporter of adventure games and I really hope this continues. With Everblue 1+2, Clock Tower 3, Gregory Horror Show (which is out on PAL in a couple of weeks) and now Glass Rose.. They are one of the few companies willing to invest time and effort in completely new franchises and ideas, there is a strong gameplay ideal and passion that is showing through with there recent titles and I really hope this carries across with Glass Rose..

And finally.. some vauge hardware figures...
1. Playstation 2 (approx 80,000 last week.. 4,900,000 total UK)
2. GameBoy Advance (approx. 40,000 ... 2,000,000+ total UK)
3. Xbox (approx 20,000 .... 1,950,000 total UK)
4. Gamecube (approx 16,000 ... 1,650,000 total UK)
The PS2 increased sales by 23% on the week before, the Gamecube is the only console selling more week on week than this time last year.
