Broken Sword 3 = out of all formats top 40. No20 in PC full price chart. No longer in Xbox chart. Never got in PS2 chart.

UK Charts = depressing reading. EA top 4 but at least Prince Of Persia is doing better this week

In terms of news, Capcom Eurosoft have announed the PAL release of Glass Rose in early 2004. I did spend ages making a topic about this last week giving loads of links and info but it crashed and didnt post I've been too stubborn to remention it until now!!!

Link: http://www.the-magicbox.com/game101003c.htm

If you missed the last topics, Glass Rose is an adventure game for the Playstation 2, it seems a lot like Shadow Of Memories in terms of a time travel related story along with trying to prevent someones death (although in glass rose your a reporter and its a murder case type thing not your own life). There is no word of a US release but its likely.

Capcom are turning into a strong supporter of adventure games and I really hope this continues. With Everblue 1+2, Clock Tower 3, Gregory Horror Show (which is out on PAL in a couple of weeks) and now Glass Rose.. They are one of the few companies willing to invest time and effort in completely new franchises and ideas, there is a strong gameplay ideal and passion that is showing through with there recent titles and I really hope this carries across with Glass Rose..

Also Gregory Horror Show review: http://www.eurogamer.net/article.php?article_id=53994

And finally.. some vauge hardware figures...

1. Playstation 2 (approx 80,000 last week.. 4,900,000 total UK)
2. GameBoy Advance (approx. 40,000 ... 2,000,000+ total UK)
3. Xbox (approx 20,000 .... 1,950,000 total UK)
4. Gamecube (approx 16,000 ... 1,650,000 total UK)

The PS2 increased sales by 23% on the week before, the Gamecube is the only console selling more week on week than this time last year.

Gregory Horror Show sounds like real fun - I like how Capcom seems to go in new directions all the time with their adventures (A sequel to SOM wouldn't work).

Other than that, it's sad that Beyond Good and Evil isn't on there... I doubt that'll be remedied when the PC version is out on Friday...

^^That's not bad at all. Cheers to Germany for appreciating adventure games.
I wish I could post a list for Norway but we haven't got one (as I'm aware of).

In Sweden the latest chart looked like this:
MARIO KART: DOUBLE DASH!! (GC)
TRUE CRIME: STREETS OF LA (PS2)
CHAMPIONSHIP MANAGER 03/04 (PC)
NEED FOR SPEED: UNDERGROUND (PS2)
THE RETURN OF THE KING (PS2)
CALL OF DUTY (PC)
THE SIMS MAKIN’ MAGIC (PC)
BACKPACKER 3 (PC)
TONY HAWKS UNDERGROUND (PS2)
FIFA 2004 (PS2)
SSX 3 (PS2)
NHL 2004 (PS2)
HÃ…KAN BRÃ…KANS JULSTRUL (PC)
RATCHET & CLANK: GOING COMMANDO (PS2)
MAX PAYNE 2: THE FALL OF MAX PAYNE (PC)
BATTLEFIELD 1942 (PC)
TRUE CRIME: STREETS OF LA (X-BOX)
THE SIMPSONS: HIT & RUN (PS2)
JAK 2: RENEGADE (PS2)
THE SIMS SUPERSTAR (PC)

Booooring! The only interesting thing about it might be that this was the first time the PS2 games outnumbered the PC games. (The chart ends with the date November 27, so it was before BS3 and Prince of Persia was released here - hopefully they will make it into the next chart)

Does anyone have the North American figures? I'd like to see how BS3 is doing here, although I doubt it's doing very good.

Well, judging by the fact that nobody could get it for awhile because every store was sold out, I shouldn't think it's doing *too* badly.

That's why I haven't even noticed it in stores?

I don't want to buy it at such a high price, but it would be nice to see the box hanging around either way.
