Hmm, I really liked the demo. Apparently I'm easily led by the nose.
Or I'm just a sucker for dinosaurs (note: yes, this is it.)
Really, though, I agree a whole game designed like that would get a little mindless. But as a demo it worked for me. And Ancel has always made a habit of blending together a wide variety of gameplay and activities, so I'm pretty confident the final will have far more to do.
I still say whoever uses the "press a button as fast as you can" game mechanic should be given a cuff upside the head.
