Dude, it's worse than that. In fact, every character in the movie was rendered based on his likeness. The kid was constructed from Hanks' childhood photos. He is currently threatening to walk out on the movie if they don't change the "North Pole" to "Hanksville" and "Santa Claus" to "Hanksa Claus." Beware.
