Sherlock Holmes vs Arsene Lupin won't run :(
 

I just bought the game, downloaded it, installed it, entered the gamecode and selected that i have an active internet connection for activation.

When i click to run the program, however, my screen goes black as if it is opening the application but then i am taken back to desktop.

I can't get the game to run.

I downloaded the latest abode and directX 9 when prompted also...

I have contacted the customer support but thought maybe someone else could help me sooner :(

Can't attach my DxDiag because it exceeds the max file size but i have a kick ass spec :(

This problem is likely related to the game or your hardware, and not the download itself, but if you bought it from Adventure Shop then I believe their customer support has already gotten back to you. Hope you are able to solve the problem!
