Free Comic Book Day 2006!
Find out if you have a comic store with free comics, by visiting the official site...
Harumph, no stores near me!:frusty: |
Awesome. This comic store right next to my barber where I was planning on getting my hair cut tomorrow is part of the holiday.
|
Are you sure they'll have free comics the next day?
|
There is actually a shop in Oxfordshire taking part, I've just discovered.
Shame that it's more than a little out of my way :frown:. |

Welcome to the club, there's one in Frankfurt. Frankfurt is more than a little out of *my* way, even though I live in the area. - :frown: :frown: :frown: :frown: :frown: :frown: :frown: |

Well I got some comic books but unfortunately the store near me didn't have any of the ones I wanted (Preposterous Adventures of Ironhide Tom, Mr. Jean).
|
4 stores in my city took part in Free Comic Book Day. My 14-year-old cousin and I stopped off at L.A. Mood (where I have a membership) to pick up my bimonthly manga titles... He picked up an issue of Comic Book Digest featuring previews of two fantasy titles, Twin Blades and Lullaby. :D

Has anyone got Free Scott Pilgrim? What's in it?
|
I so wanted the Scott Pilgrim book. The graphic novels are super. But alas, no comic shops nearby =(
|
Did anyone get the Donald Duck book? That's the one I would have wanted. There was a Don Rosa story in there.

I saw that one. Didn't get it though.
