Spoiler:It's a picture of a group of physicists at the Shelter Island Conference of 1947 - a famous gathering that included the likes of Richard Feynman (Nobel Prize laureate in Physics) and Julian Schwinger (another Nobel laureate) - it was quite a "think tank" to say the least.
