Ahhh, subjectivity
It all depends on what you find important in a game, for you to find something that lacks it overrated. And some of the overrated hyping about games has little to do with the actual game itself, and more about the marketing surrounding it. The Kewlest Game Evah won't get far, if the marketing for it sucks, and vice versa.
