if you have a 64-bit OS, you might be ok since early versions of Starforce wouldn't install on x64. It wasn't until 2005 that they made a 64-bit compatible version and the first Black Mirror was released in 2003.
Otherwise, you could install the game, and then immediately remove the starforce protection using the removal tool here:
