It's interesting how all the action-oriented sequences are always non-interactive. I think Lewton kills about four people/things in this chapter alone, and it's never put in a form of a puzzle - he just up and lets loose. I suppose it's to keep the game consistent with being about "investigation".

After Lewton kills Spoiler:Satrap , he'd already killed three-four people in cold blood. I actually thought Lewton was not going to make the end of the game either. Sort of as "justice" for his killing...
