As tragic as it is that Team Bondi had to shut down, it's a blessing in disguise for L.A. Noire because it means Rockstar would be in complete charge in the development of any sequel and they would absolutely blow the first game out of the water. They've done it before: Red Dead Revolver was a nice little game they scooped up from Capcom but then they made their own sequel which took a pleasant little series and suddenly turned it into one of the best games ever made. And what they're doing with Max Payne 3 looks amazing, they're not only making a worthy sequel to two classic games but they seem to be trying to completely revolutionize 3rd-person action games. If they do a sequel to L.A. Noire, it won't be more of the same, it'll be a pretty big jump in quality.
