Do what I did for my first professional exams. Take the envelope (unopened) to a pub and get a pint of beer in front of you. Then open and read the results. Then drink the beer either in celebration of your success or to drown your sorrows (it works for both).
If I were a betting man, I'd put my money on you celebrating your success though.
