This is now my fourth email to you concerning my purchase of the full version of RLacey Professional edition.
As requested I provided my credit card details over a week ago but have not heard anything further from you. I couldn't find a telephone number on your website or any contact information other than this email address.
Please Please reply to this email as I urgently need to speak to someone in your financial department regarding some irregularities in my last bank statement.
I am a longtime fan of RLacey and do not doubt this is simply a misunderstanding, but please get back to me to confirm.
