I don't even have to cast a spell for that. You can always buy a ramshackle house in the middle of nowhere, or in a very bad neighbourhood.

I wish all pandas on the world would be infected by a bug that turned them into zombies and eat their insides slowly, keeping them alive as long as possible. Eventually all that was left of the pandas was their skin, and the giant bug would crawl slowly out of their mouth.
