I hate the idea of "playing hard to get". Turns more people into creepy stalkers than I'd like there to be.

That said, I think it's equally possible that she's upset and doesn't feel comfortable telling you why, or has feelings for you and doesn't feel comfortable telling you so. Or maybe she just has other things on her mind that don't relate to you at all.
