Refund from Adventure Shop
I also just registered to this forum to let you know that if you haven't contacted Adventure Shop Customer Service about this or maybe you did but didn't hear back that you should try again. I recently contacted them about this and they let me know that they were able to recreate the issue and were following up. The best part was they issued a refund to my account and I was able to buy another game while I wait for the patch.
