Well if it's any help. I ordered my copy on the 10th received an email straight away confirming my order and got another the next day informing me that it had been despatched with a big thank you.
Personal email as well not some auto-reply bot.
Only downside is I wish I'd ordered it a few days earlier as my box number is 109 (would of been nice to get one of the first 100)
