I recommend Dracula X Chronicles for the PSP. It features Castlevania Rondo of Blood and Symphony of the Night as an unlockable. With revised script(really for the better).
Next to that I recommend the GBA and DS games of Castlevania (3 + 3 = 6 games in total). Really....2D Castlevanias go so well with an handheld on the go.
