Without the beard, IMO - with the beard you kinda look like the dad of the person without - and you don't look immature without the beard anyway so if that's a concern, don't worrry about it
And you definitely look hotter without the beard (I know, I know, I'm a fan of the clean cut, professional look, not a fan of roughing it, just sayin'
