Default Problems with Sanitarium

Hi, everyone, this is Zack.

I'm having problems with Sanitarium. After I turned on the Windows 98 Compatibility, and stated playing, the game informed me that the music is disabled because there wasn't enough disk space. Okay, that might be a problem, I thought. Then, the opening movie sequence started and ran beautifully, and then when the first level loaded up, I decided to save the game, which is what I always do. However, the game told me the save game files had also been disabled because of not enough disk space.

I have 233GB of disk space, and 148 of it is being used for the programs I have on my computer. Does anyone have an idea on what is happening, and can you help me with it? Here is my system specs:

AMD ATHLON 64 3400
2.4 Ghz
1 GB of Ram
GeForce 6800
Sound Blaster Audigy 2

By the way, the copy of Sanitarium I have is one of those old huge boxes, which means I bought it years ago, probably in 1998. The company that distributed it is ASC Games.
