You have probably have search your behind off but I found this..... Maybe this will help..... I'll keep looking for you
The only solution was to get a can of compressed air, remove the carts from the print head, remove the print head from the printer and spray air into the little white sponge receptacle under the cart delivery hole on the print head tray.
