I was looking at a site called Moby Games and they have a list of people who worked on it, I am not sure who [the technically term] is responsible for the artwork on the walls but the Lead 3D Environment Artist is Aubrey Pullman and it looks like you can get in contact with him, maybe asking him if he knows.
