All the talk over in the Blog about music reminds me of a dream I had once: I dreamed that I was reading an article in a newspaper about a Guitar Hero spin-off game named "Sousaphone Hero". The article was about how the game was selling far more poorly than Activision had thought it would. The article even included a picture of a gamer wearing a full-sized, bright-orange plastic, sousaphone-shaped controller, like the guitar-shaped controllers Guitar Hero uses. For weeks afterward, I thought it was real, and only remembered that it had been a dream when I looked the game up on Wikipedia.


The most inexplicable thing about the whole incident, though, was that prior to the dream I had never heard of a sousaphone, let alone knew what one looked like.



I kid you not.
