This morning I went to the
Aamsveen to watch the sun rise in a white white world. It was pretty cold (-12 C) but it was worth it! The Aamsveen is a nature reserve southwest of Enschede, where trees and small moors (for want of a better word) are scattered over the area. I just learned that in English 'veen' is called '
